Attendance Policy

Attendance is very important.  Please call and let us know if your child will miss a class due to illness

Make-up Policy

Please contact the instructor to make-up classes missed due to illness.

Student Drop off/Pick up Policy

Students can be dropped off at least 5 minutes before their scheduled class begins.  Classes will start on time.  All students are expected to be at their workstations at the start of class.  Please be punctual as late arrivals are a disruption for the rest of the class.  We do not have a waiting area as the studio space is limited.  We ask that all children are picked up at the scheduled end time.

Voluntarily Withdraw

If a student voluntarily withdraws from their sewing class, we ask for written notice.  There are no refunds or prorating of unused sewing lessons.

Tuition Payments

Traditional sewing classes run based on a full school year.  Tuition is due on the first day of each month. 

Communications

The school will communicate with you through flyers provided to you through your child and via e-mail.  It is the responsibility of the student and/or parent to read all communications.  Please feel free to communicate with the school via e-mail at: kim@ashtalfashions.com
